I had never been to see Diego about my truck before, but I felt comfortable leaving it with him after meeting him, and seeing the positive reviews here. My U-joints were bad and I saw his shop was pretty full, but he promised it would be ready by about 3pm. Good as his word, it was. And without even talking about it, he adjusted my clutch as well! Well, there is more to the story, but I'll keep that to myself for now. Let me just say Diego gave me and my family a wonderful Christmas present with how he treated me today, and from now on, my Freightliner will be seeing him more often. And if anybody should ask me where to have their truck serviced or repaired, I'll definitely be telling them how to find Diego. Thank you Diego. Diego has been taking care of my 1998 Chevy truck I recently bought. It was the top of the line 2500 series with a 454 engine and built, from the factory, for towing big loads. When the engine threw a rod, it was time to replace the engine. He put in a remanufactured engine and inspected the rest of the truck for any other potential problems. The steering linkage had some bad parts needing replaced. The truck runs like a new vehicle now! I wouldn't trade it for a new one ever! I'm older and prefer older vehicles without all the computer dependent accessories. This truck should last me for as long as I last! I would refer anyone needing a trustworthy mechanic to Diego's Shop! I have told neighbors to use his as well when they have issues with their's as well. I would trust driving my '98 to the east coast and back now. ~ Larry S

We have used Diego for our repairs for many years. He is so knowledgeable about heavy duty trucks. He is quick to get working on our truck and also gets it done exactly when he says it will be done. He recognizes that when you use a truck for business that every day a truck is down it is lost revenue, and so he does everything he can to get you back on the road. His prices are also very fair, much much more reasonable than the dealer. We highly recommend Diego’s for all your diesel truck needs ~ Kirsten P

Excellent customer service. Had a problem while driving through Utah, called and they said to come right over, Wow. The technician ( Travis) cleared the code, and told me what to do if it happened again. I almost had to argue with the lovely lady at the reception desk to allow me to pay them. I was in Provo visiting family and needed work done on my diesel van. Diego's shop got me in quickly and informed me of what worked needed to be done. The repairs were completed quickly. I was very pleased with the service I received. Also, Diego's will work on camper vans. Some shops in Provo will not. It's great to have your 'home' repaired quickly! ~ Laura V

Diego was great to work with. One of the best experiences I’ve had with a shop. When my truck ended up needing more work than I feel it may be worth I came to pick it up and take some time to think on what I should do with the truck. My dashboard in my Volvo went out. I mean like nothing on the steering column worked no turn signals no wipers no gauges nothing. I took it to them after trying everything I knew. I tested fuses and relays. I had nothing. Well in 4 hrs they had me back in the seat booking another load. Their mechanics know their stuff.. and the bill was WAY cheap than expected.. I would recommend high end jobs for this place, transmission's, engines, welding, diff and axel work they have very competitive prices, not only are the mechanics good but have a care for the customer and go above a beyond it's hard to find a place were the mechanics take extra care and truly love there jobs and place of work. ~ jay m
